Hello, I am Jason and I am the CURO Support Team Leader at Time4Advice. My role is ensure the Support Team have all the tools necessary to help and support our customers while ensuring we give the best customer service. I also act as 2nd line support for my team.
I have been with the company three years and I love the interaction with customers while helping them with their varied and different support requests.
When I am not in the office, I like spending time with my fiancée, our 2 dogs and house rabbit. I also love watching and playing golf, albeit very poorly.
