Hello, my name is Jason and I run CURO Support in my role as Support Services Manager. My responsibility is to ensure we provide the best customer experience in our industry so you can deliver a great service to your clients.
I have been with Time4Advice since April 2013 and in that time I have seen many iterations of CURO where improvements to the software has enabled high levels of customer satisfaction.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our daughter in addition to chasing our two unruly dogs around the house. My main hobby is Golf and that glorious place, the 19th Hole.
Hello, I’m Jay, the Project Coordinator here at Time4Advice.
Working with our Project Managers, my role is to support our clients on their journey with us, from the very first data migration, all the way through to day-to-day use of CURO.
I also work with our existing clients to plan and implement any new projects so they can get the best of what CURO has to offer.
Prior to joining the Time4Advice family, I spent several years working within the Software industry in Implementation and Consultancy roles. I have a passion for new Technology and how it changes the way we do things.
Outside of work, I try and tinker with app development (unsuccessfully so far) and spend time as a live-in servant to my two cats.

Hello, my name is Matthew and I'm a 2nd Line Support Analyst here at Time4Advice. I provide assistance to CURO users.
I have previously worked in the customer service industry mainly telecommunications and IT. I have always maintained a high interest in technology and have an educational background in computer science and computer engineering.
When I'm not at work I spend time training and working on the 'motor'. To relax I take photos of local wildlife and use them in my art work.
Software Test Analyst
Hello, my name is Michael and I am the Software Test Analyst at Time4Advice. My Role is to ensure the products quality before release for CURO and other T4A products, using Agile test methodology and automation testing, while providing consistent change to process and strategy to keep testing efficient.
What I enjoy most about Time4Advice is the opportunity to explore and push myself to create new and better processes for testing, implement new technology and work within the open source community keeping cost down and allowing me to develop my skills as a Test Engineer.
When work is finished for the day, I enjoy self-development on my own projects, keeping my skills in check and progressive, when I have a spare moment I spend time with family and friends, you will be amiss to not see me in the pub on a sunny day or even a rainy one.
Hello, my name is Richard and I am the Infrastructure Manager at Time4Advice. My role is to manage and support the underlying technology that CURO is built upon, as well as our own internal IT equipment and infrastructure.
What I enjoy about working at Time4Advice is the constant opportunity to work and explore new technologies and products; it keeps my skills fresh and up-to-date.
When work is finished for the day, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and two boys. When I find a spare moment or two, I enjoy cycling and playing short tennis.
Hi, I’m Richard and I’m the Technical Director for Time4Advice. My role is to drive forward the evolution of CURO and supporting products. I have over 25 years’ experience in financial services and IT and still love the challenge of implementing software and processes in such as complex and diverse industry. I’m very excited with our plans for CURO and the efficiencies this will provide for our users. We have a great team and I feel privileged to be part of it.
When not at work, I enjoy watching football, trying to keep fit and, of course, relaxing with a beer or two (although the latter conflicts with the former).

Hi, I’m Aytekin and I’m the Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Time4Advice.
My role is to help our customers help turn their most valuable asset, data in CURO, into critical information and knowledge. This helps them to extract the most value using business intelligence methodologies to gain insight into their data to answer strategic, operational and regulatory questions.

Hi, I’m Jenny and I’m a Technology Consultant at T4A primarily working with St James Place focussed on coordinating and delivering a rolling program of improvements and changes driven by a group of key SJP CURO users.
I am passionate about technology and its power to help individuals and businesses to operate efficiently and achieve more by maximising the use of their data. I have worked in Financial Services since 2006 and was a CURO user for 7 years before joining T4A in May 2019. I understand the user journey and the needs of our clients and am really enjoying being able to make improvements to help others get the most from CURO.
My days off are largely spent with my 2 lively young boys who keep me well and truly on my toes. When I get the time, I enjoy running and strength training (in an attempt to be able to keep up with the kids!) as well as baking, gin drinking, crafting, walking and spending time with friends and family.
Hello, I am Jayne Cronin, the Operations Manager. I joined Time4Advice in 2011 to work closely with the board to help form and execute strategy and associated business planning.
My role is varied and fast paced, which I enjoy. I am at the heart of the business and what I like most about my job is the variety of challenges. My rewards are seeing the team grow with enthusiasm to embrace new technologies and the genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.
When not at work, I will be found doing anything outdoors and finally I am a Marmite lover.

Hi, I’m Geoff. I am the Senior Technical Consultant at Time4Advice. My role is to work with and, where necessary, lead the customer and/or project team to deliver technical solutions to a high level of quality. I have over 30 years of development/system knowledge and experience to ensure that solutions are delivered using the best technical and architectural approach to meet the customers’ needs.
I fully enjoy working with a fantastic, brilliant set of talented individuals who constantly go the extra distance to please our customers. CURO, our flagship product isn’t just brilliant software, it’s a labour of love to which everyone here at Time4Advice is tremendously proud.
During my spare time, I love to spend time with my family. We frequently go out on day trips, walking or riding our bikes.

I proudly joined as a 2nd Line Support Analyst in January 2019. My career is focused on providing the most premium service I can with experience in Health & Fitness, Customer Service & General Insurance. At Time4advice, I’ve found a company that shares my ambition.
With my University history in Computer Game Production, I’ve always maintained a passion with IT. It therefore gives me great satisfaction to help you understand how to use and get the very most you can out of CURO.
Outside of work, I’m a keen runner & gym user. If I’m not failing massively playing Football, then I’m doing a much better job watching it. Indoors, I love gaming with my friends be it Video Games or Table top and I’m a massive nerd for anything Sci-Fi.

I joined Time4Advice in July 2019 as a 2nd Line Support Analyst. My role is to provide technical support for technical issues our users may experience with CURO.
I have extensive experience is customer service ranging from insurance to retail as well as teaching experience abroad and from time to time putting my Drama degree to good use with acting appearances in theatre, TV and commercials in London, Edinburgh, Adelaide and across East Anglia.
Outside of work I tend to head out to see the latest theatre show my wife is performing in in some far-flung corner of the region, binge watching the latest show or doing some theatre work of my own.
Hello, I am Julie Elden, the accounts assistant.
My role is providing assistance to the operations manager with Payroll, HR and general accounting duties.
Outside of work I enjoy running and going to the gym.
My role is to support our users of XperiDo. From building and maintaining our suite of Headstart templates to helping you to create branded, bespoke documentation for your clients, I am here to help.
I have 16 years of experience in training and system support, with 11 of those being in Financial Services. I have previously worked for another financial services software provider as well as for a company that adopted CURO. What I really enjoy is helping users see what the system can do for them. XperiDo gives you the freedom to be creative and produce reports the way you want them.
When I am not in the office I am a referee, I mean Mum, to 2 lively boys. I can navigate a floor full of Lego like a ninja. I like to relax by unleashing my inner 80 year old and doing some Crochet.

My role is to provide first line system support to CURO users. I joined Time4Advice in March 2018. I have over seven years’ worth of experience in customer services; four years of which were in IT support.
When not at work, I like to spend my time on the PlayStation, playing sports, and learning keyboard.

Before joining Time4Advice, I worked within the Insurance and Financial Services industry with a heavy emphasis in Customer service.
Outside of work, I spend my time raising my three children. I enjoy keeping bees, horse riding when I get a chance to ride and I never say no to a glass of bubbles.
Technical Business Analyst
Hi, I’m Bill a Technical Business Analyst here at Time4Advice.
My role here is primarily to help the team deliver valuable software to our clients by applying a variety of Business Analysis techniques and methodologies to requested changes; This can be from the point of the initial request, through the release and then providing additional support afterwards.
My first career was as a Financial Adviser for a major high street bank, but I became increasingly interested in technology and have spent the majority of the last decade working with software for regulated industries.
Outside of work, when not spending time with my wife and daughter, I attend my local ParkRun each weekend and play regular football in a local Dads league
Technical Business Analyst
Hi, I'm Stuart and I'm a Business Analyst for E-Services, which involves working with our data providers to streamline the electronic interactions between their systems and CURO.
I'm a strong supporter of knowledge sharing and making our systems and processes easy to understand. Key to that is making sure that our project documents and online guidance are clear and attractively presented, so people want to engage with them.
Outside work, I'm passionate about photography. As well as using digital cameras, I collect, restore and use vintage cameras and develop the film myself.
Support Team Leader
I joined the Time4Advice team as a User Support Analyst in March 2018.
Myself and the team are here as your first point of contact for support and to answer any customer queries in regard to CURO. Before joining Time4Advice, I have worked in various roles within the insurance industry, customer services and the financial services industry.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time walking the dog with my husband, relaxing with friends, talking to and over people about veganism and its ability to save the planet and most recently mastering my untapped DIY skills with our ongoing house renovations.

I joined Time4Advice in June 2019 as a 2nd Line Support Analyst. My Role is to provide our customers with solutions to technical issues they experience within CURO.
I have 8 years’ experience within customer service and prior to joining Time4Advice I spend 3 years within the Financial service industry.
Outside of work you will either find me enjoying a concert or on occasion surfing on the south west coast.
I have over 10 years’ experience as a developer of which 9 years are in financial service industry.
My role as part of the development team involves maintaining and developing Curo to further enhance the product, along with building tools to carry out data migration from 3rd party products into Curo and automate tasks as required by the business and clients.
When I’m not at my desk I enjoy spending time with the family and go for walks and day trips to keep the kids busy.

With more than 30 years experience in operational Financial Services, I believe every business is unique and that it’s vital to identify and understand your challenges so we can resolve them together – much like you do for your clients. The thing I love most about Time4Advice is the passion and enthusiasm for delivering something great.
Having recently moved to Norfolk, when I’m not working I like to spend time renovating our 230 year old house with my husband, beach walking with our Italian Spinoni dogs, and entertaining friends and family. If they bring a paint brush, all the better!

I love problem solving and the way that it always relies on fresh ideas or something new to learn. We are always pushing CURO to do more, so it’s certainly a job that keeps you on your toes!
When I’m not at my desk, I like to walk the hills, or follow the fortunes of Hull City. Or you can often find me in the kitchen, cooking a mean curry, or brewing my own beer.
Hi, I’m Victoria. I am a Implementation Consultant at Time4Advice. My role is to develop a coherent implementation strategy (including planning, engaging and delivery, understanding your requirements, verifying critical points such as data and processes). I will be there every step of the way to ensure that your implementation and roll out of CURO happens smoothly with no surprises.
From the outset of my career I’ve worked for various FS firms in admin and operational roles which gives me a first-hand appreciation of the challenges that you face. The best thing about the team here at Time4Advice is that we are on a mission to provide a system which delivers and works for you – CURO is not an inflexible one fits all solution but can be tailored for your operational needs.

My responsibility is to work collaboratively with you and ensure that Time4Advice understand your strategic and operational needs. My focus is to ensure that you feel connected with T4A as a valued partner and benefit from the solutions that CURO can deliver to your business.
I have over 15 years’ experience assisting firms in the FinTech sector in Client Relations and Account Management. Prior to this I have worked for 7 years with UK life companies bringing a wealth of understanding of how the FS sector works. CURO offers distinctly different solutions which offers real accessibility to your data and tools that truly accelerate your business.
When not at work, I am a Skill At Arms, Range Conducting Officer and Signals qualified instructor in the Army Cadet Force, having volunteered since 2001. My spare time otherwise revolves around my family especially my daughter.
Hi, I’m Jay and I’m a Technology Consultant.
I started at Time4Advice in March 2018 as a Support Analyst. I moved over to the Consultancy team in March 2019; my role now involves the customisation of CURO to meet clients’ business needs. This process includes drawing up process maps then building custom Workflows, Dialogs and/or XperiDo Documents to make sure CURO is optimised for your business.
When not at work I make the most of the time I get with my family, playing tactical board games (not Monopoly) and Star Wars.
Hi I’m Mitchell, founder and MD of Time4Advice. I believe in the importance of technology and its transformational effect on the businesses that embrace it for what it’s great at, which is freeing people to do what we humans do best; giving great advice and nurturing valued client relationships.
Technology can’t replace these things and never will but the right technology does many of the things that are time consuming, that distract us from the things that our clients value most and that are, frankly, boring. And that’s what motivated me to return to Adviser CRM software, having founded Quay Software in an earlier life and Allmyplans more recently.
Outside of work, my play-time is spent kayaking, cycling, beach walking and broads sailing in Norfolk with my growing-up family, friends and beloved chocolate Labradors.

Outside of work I enjoy tinkering with computers and working on my art. I play a fair amount of video and tabletop games and I’m also a huge horror fan too.

Hello, I am Emma Sharpe, an Implementation Consultant. I joined Time4Advice in 2012 to design, write and deliver quality, effective training to all our clients. My role enables me to meet new and existing clients and to help them use more of the functionality of CURO within their business. I really love seeing clients ‘get’ CURO, if I do my job right, and also the spark of enthusiasm clients get when they can see CURO being able to do something that their previous software never could.
This, to me, is one of the best rewards I can get from performing my role.

Hi I’m Jason and I work as a Technology Consultant at Time4Advice specialising in Business Intelligence.
I have four years’ experience working within financial services and have spent most of this time tackling the difficult data related issues that all businesses now face.
Whilst working for Time4Advice I have been developing the Business Intelligence dashboard packs. These allow customers to easily explore their company’s data instantly providing a detailed analysis into all aspects of your business. I also work on our other data services projects and help customers create templates in XperiDo.
When I’m not at work I love to travel and keep active. I spend my summers wake boarding and the winter Skiing.
SJP Partner Relations Manager
Hi, I’m Linda, SJP Partner Relations Manager at Time4Advice. My role is to manage the relationship through interactions with the Advocacy Group and the Technical Engagement Consultants to ensure that CURO is being used in the best way possible.
I’ve spent over 17 years in the financial services industry, and over 10 of those working with technology to support financial advice firms, including consulting, business mapping, problem solving, training and day to day support.
In my spare time I’m chef and servant to my 2 children (unpaid of course), I like listening and exercising to dance music and last but not least, I’m quite partial to a few gins!

Coming from a programming background, I’ve got a wealth of experience in delivering Dynamics CRM solutions and Microsoft based services for both small businesses and large enterprises.
I enjoy guiding the team to ensure the continuous improvement of the product via the development of new features and delivery of solutions for our customers.

Hi, I’m Richard and I’m the Business Analyst at Time4Advice. My role is to work with our existing clients, delivering consultancy on how they can leverage the enormous power of business automation and functionality that CURO offers, to improve efficiency and deliver real return on investment. This involves working with clients to document processes, identify potential efficiencies and working with them, build workflows, dialogs and reporting that ensures CURO becomes fully integrated into their business, supporting the way they work rather than the way a system has been designed.
As both an ex-adviser and Microsoft CRM specialist, I get excited about what CURO can do for our clients and enjoy helping users on their CRM journey.
As an empty-nester, when not working with clients I enjoy walking ultra-marathons, riding or tinkering with my motorcycles and am currently studying for my black belt in the Japanese sword art of Iaido.

Hi there, I’m Leon and I’m a software developer here at Time4Advice. I joined the development team in April 2014 and I have to say it was the best decision I’ve made regarding my career. I’m enjoying gaining experience in using leading Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics CRM to build on our great product, CURO. The work is varied and challenging and it is good to have become so involved in the development so quickly. I feel as though I am part of a great team and that I am valued, which makes all the difference to me.
