Hi, I’m Richard and I’m the Business Analyst at Time4Advice. My role is to work with our existing clients, delivering consultancy on how they can leverage the enormous power of business automation and functionality that CURO offers, to improve efficiency and deliver real return on investment. This involves working with clients to document processes, identify potential efficiencies and working with them, build workflows, dialogs and reporting that ensures CURO becomes fully integrated into their business, supporting the way they work rather than the way a system has been designed.
As both an ex-adviser and Microsoft CRM specialist, I get excited about what CURO can do for our clients and enjoy helping users on their CRM journey.
As an empty-nester, when not working with clients I enjoy walking ultra-marathons, riding or tinkering with my motorcycles and am currently studying for my black belt in the Japanese sword art of Iaido.
