We're pleased to announce that Jim Nelson has joined our team as Account Manager. He'll there to ensure all of our clients get the maximum value from CURO CRM to meet their business objectives and get knowledgeable support as and when they need it. He brings a wealth of experience in the CRM/back office space and we're confident he will ensure our clients receive the best service possible.

We also welcome seven new Customer Support Analysts to help with day to day CRM queries so our customers can get quick and effective help at any time.
