  • How long are your contracts?

    We don’t believe in long term contracts (unless you want one) as we believe that you should only stay with us for as long as you feel we are providing you and your business with a valuable service. So our contracts are all for a one month period only*.

  • How does the support contract work?

    In order to help you implement CURO and to encourage you to invest in your peoples knowledge, we offer you the ability to spread training, implementation and consultancy costs over 12 months without interest charge. Further, we offer increasing discounts on our day rates the more support you buy so you can get more for your money and feel well supported over the period of change in your business.

    *Please be aware, if you spread your implementation and training costs over twelve months then the initial term of the entire CURO licence is also set to 12 months.

  • Is there a discount for yearly service?

    If you would like to pay your licence charges annually in advance, then we are very happy to offer you one month for free, so you pay only 11 out of the 12 months subscription. This will save you an extra 8.33%.

  • Are there additional data storage charges?

    CURO is a hosted system and as with all such systems we provide certain levels of server space per user. For more details of our current scale of data storage charges please contact support.

  • How safe is my data?

    CURO is hosted in a private cloud managed by Rackspace in London. They operate at the highest possible levels of data security and are trusted by some of the largest enterprises in the World. We have a number of documents available that explain in detail the data security measures in place to protect your clients’ personal information and your business. Please contact support for more information.

  • Can I have a copy of my data ?

    If you wish to have a copy of your data, we can arrange for your data to be exported for a small administrative charge. Alternatively, you can export it yourself using advanced find and save to spreadsheet.

  • What happens to my data when I leave?

    We will notify you of the date when your contract will end. Shortly after that, we will remove all your data from our servers.

  • What is your approach to business continuity?

    Business Continuity at Rackspace involves ensuring that supporting internal applications, utilities, and network infrastructure remain operational after any service interruption event. Rackspace is committed to a Business Continuity Program that helps us meet service level agreements (SLAs) reflected in customer contract language. Our Business Continuity efforts are consistent and reflect industry best practices. Specific highlights of the program include:

    1. Redundant utility (data, voice, electric) providers and supporting SLAs
    2. Adequate inventories for hardware failure replacement
    3. Backup generators and electrical controls at each data centre capable of 30 hours operation
    4. Remote support sites for customer contact support
    5. Backups of corporate support applications
    6. Periodic restoration and contingency testing

  • How do I cancel service or reduce my licenses?

    Just send us an email and we will cancel your licenses one month later.

  • How do I get more licenses?

    If you send us an email, we will do the rest. Licenses can be issued mostly on the same day an email is received.

  • How do I sign up?

    We have a really simple engagement process. Following your tailored sales presentation, we will prepare documentation that gives you everything you need to know to make a decision to proceed or not. You simply sign the documents as a sign of your intent and then a more comprehensive proposal will be issued. This includes your licence agreement and payment terms. Once this is returned along with your direct debit mandate, we release licenses and agree your implementation programme. The time taken to get your system commissioned and your implementation plan started is dependent on the availability of our business and training consultants.

  • Is there a minimum number of licenses I can have?

    The minimum number of users we will accept is five. We have done this because in our experience, smaller businesses will struggle with the implementation of such a comprehensive system that offers its users almost unlimited options around the way it can be personalised. So rather than pretend the system is suitable for everyone, we would prefer to be upfront about it and not expose anyone to expense that won’t yield a return on the investment made.   • Is there are maximum number of users the system can accommodate?

    No - the system is unlimited in the number of users it can run. Indeed, Microsoft has already stress tested Microsoft Dynamics up to 150,000 users running billions of records on one system. We think that should do it!
