Citywire's Ian Horne has spent the last five years speaking to financial advisers across the UK, and having done so, has reached two conclusions: 1) the quality of advice in the UK is something we should be proud of; 2) people don’t usually know what financial advice is, what financial guidance is, or how these things might make them better off and happier.
